Had it just last night. Opened it to start off a dinner that began with garlic prawns, but no one would give up the bottle. It's luscious and rich in the nose and on the palate but it's also crisp and fresh in the finish and against the food. The rich floral aromas make it hard to take one's nose away from the glass.
